Now pitching for Team Sotomayor...David Cone?!

So recently the witness list was released for the confirmation hearings of Judge Sotomayor.

Among the Majority Witnesses:
  1. Mayor Bloomberg? Could only better your chances
  2. DA Robert Morgenthau? Qualified
  3. David Cone?! ... Yes the Ex-Yank will be testifying in favor of Sotomayor.
Someone pray that discussions of HGH and Anabolics don't accidentally mix in with the Abortion questions...
